This recipe goes out to the hard-gainers, and is incredibly clean, simple and delicious:
  1. 2 scoops of vanilla whey/casein protein blend (we use Vanilla Cream SYNERGY-XP™ because, well, it's ours and it's the best)
  2. 16 oz. of whole milk
  3. 1 tablespoon of pistachio pudding mix (we use Jello® sugar- and fat-free pudding mix to keep the recipe as clean as possible, but feel free to add more calories via the regular variety)
